Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2017 (the “Quarterly Report”). The Company has determined that it is unable to file the Quarterly Report within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. Additional time is necessary as the Company is currently devoting significant resources relating to the intended spinoff of its aerospace and defense division.

 

The Company currently expects to file the Quarterly Report within the 5 calendar day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.
